Shipping & Returns

Delivery across Pakistan

• Flat rate: Rs 250 on every order.
• Free delivery on orders over Rs 12,000.
• Cash on delivery is available nationwide.
• Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days to Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan.
• You will receive a tracking number by SMS or email as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.

Returns and exchanges

If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags and the original hygiene seal still attached.
• Try pieces on over your own underwear — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept anything that has been worn.
• Original packaging should be included where possible.

How to start a return

1. Message us with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
2. We will confirm the return address and arrange collection where the courier network allows.
3. Once your parcel reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or simply is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery charge — no return shipping cost to you.

Exchanges for a different size

Size exchanges are free within Pakistan on your first exchange per order, subject to stock. If the size you want has sold out we will refund you instead.
